"This place was great. The staff are friendly and understand English well. They will pick you you and drop you off from the airport for free (only about 5 minutes drive). There is a restaurant on-site which serves good food. There is also an outdoor pool and hot tub. Be warned: most of the hotels in Palawan advertise WiFi, and they do have it, but it is not consistent. It regularly disconnects and/or operates very slowly. Do not expect to use WiFi regularly on your trip. This resort is within walking distance of much of Puerto's hotels, restaurants, and bars near the airport. You may schedule island-hopping and Underground River tours with the resort, tricycle drivers, or other agencies. The unit was fine. I had a Standard room, which has a bed, a side table, a desk, a mini-fridge (with refreshments for an additional charge), a TV, a wardrobe, a bathroom with running water, and a heated shower. It was clean and fine for a solo traveler or couple. "

"The hotel’s location was perfect. The mall was just a walking distance and transportation going around the city was easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s also a travel agent that could help you book your tours with ease and the rates were ok, though our underground river tour got cancelled because of the storm. You’ll get value for your money when you book with them, clean rooms, comfy bed, convenient location, although the wifi connection was not that great. Overall I’d book again with Go Hotel Puerto Prinsesa for sure when we go back to Palawan. "

"I highly suggest indicate kung anong particular hotel, ksi ang dami nman palang REDDOORZ near RIZAL JUNCTION. Naka ilang REDDOORZ kmi wala nman pala ung booking nmin, if under FILIGANS ilagay sa Booking confirmation kung anong particular Hotel under REDDOORZ para di confusing. Location is good, Cleanliness is okay. Facilities okay nman kaso nasira ung door lock ng room nmin and we need to wait for while bago kami makalabas ng room. But all in all, VERY SATISFACTORY. Just be Specified with the HOTEL Name to avoid confusion and hassle "

"I was there on my birthday for two days. Know many hotels in Palawan and want just something special. I felt like in all the good business hotels i stayed for conferences or work. But as a Palawan tourist i felt not in a tropic island, just had the imagination of another town. Pool a bit boring, view to the wall. Price for food and drinks really much higher then other hotels in same class, for this I can stay in Europe. Service and cleanliness perfekt, best trained staff I know in Palawan. View from room, just to something like a construction place or junkyard. TV and WiFi best I ever had in Palawan. This hotel sets the top mark for business hotels here, as a tourist I prefere hotels with more outside and garden facilities. As a business traveller: 10 points, as a tourist: 7.5 points."

"Booked this hotel for our downtime in Coron, our last day. Our flight was supposed to be in the morning, however, we were forced to re-schedule it in the afternoon because we can't leave this hotel. Haha! One of the best concept hotels in the Philippines, from the location to the view up to its facilities, it's all worth the money. It's not even that pricey compared to other "popular" hotels around the area. We will definitely book this again if ever we go back to Coron. Kudos to all the staff, very accommodating!"
